We at Toll Gate Apothecary must comply with the regulations set by the State Boards of Pharmacy and United States Pharmacopoeia (USP) guidelines. The State Board of Pharmacy sets and enforces regulations for compounding just as they do for retail or hospital pharmacies. We use only ingredients which come from FDA-registered and inspected facilites to make compounds. We ensure the highest quality by having expertly trained staff on site, documented daily cleaning of the facility and equipment, and testing of our compounds with an outside testing laboratory to validate our products. This is our pledge to you, our valued patient!

As we continue to strive and obtain excellence, Toll Gate Apothecary is also awaiting their PCAB accreditation survey and will update the website with the seal once approved.
